Successfully managing a project requires effective planning and adherence to the industry’s best practices. By understanding the fundamentals of project management, participants will be better prepared to initiate a project in their organization and position it for success.
In this course, participants will learn effective project management practices and their related processes. Participants will develop a good understanding of the fundamentals of project management and its underlying structure and elements, including project phases, project life cycles, stakeholders, and areas of expertise.
On completion of the course, participants are ready to take on the responsibility of managing projects by applying effective project management techniques to improve the efficiency and delivery of their projects.

- Project lifecycle that spans initiation, planning, execution, management, control and closure of a project.
