ITIL Transformation (Version 5)

The ITIL® Transformation (Version 5) course provides practical, structured guidance for managing and sustaining organisational change across digital products and services. It equips professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate complexity, balance governance with execution, and deliver transformation initiatives that create measurable business value. 

Building on the ITIL framework, this course introduces a comprehensive approach to transformation that aligns people, processes and technology. The course explores key transformation concepts including governance, positioning, execution and continual learning. It also covers how organisations can adopt structured patterns, tools and techniques to manage transformation initiatives, while integrating modern practices such as Agile, DevOps and AI to enhance adaptability and resilience.

By the end of the course, participants will understand how to design and execute transformation initiatives that improve organisational performance, strengthen collaboration and enable long-term success in dynamic and uncertain environments.

Candidates who attend the course will be eligible to sit the ITIL® Transformation (Version 5) certification examination.

Prerequisite:

• Candidates must hold either the ITIL® 4 Foundation certification or the ITIL® (Version 5) Foundation certification before taking the ITIL® Transformation (Version 5) examination.

• Exam format: 40 questions, multiple-choice, open book
• Question types: Standard MCQs, list-based and scenario-based questions
• Delivery: Online, web-proctored

Successful participants will be awarded the ITIL® Transformation (Version 5) certification.
